Month-to-Month Services
All RankSages SEO and digital marketing services are month-to-month. You may cancel with 30 days written notice to help@ranksages.com. No early termination fees apply.
Cancellation
When you cancel:
- Services continue until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges are applied after cancellation takes effect
- All work completed to date remains yours
- We provide a transition document with all account access and deliverables
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered during a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, services continue until the end of that paid month.
Exception: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services for a full billing period due to our error, we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund.
Free Services
Free resources (AI Search Audit, SEO Glossary, Newsletter, eBooks) do not require payment and therefore have no refund policy.
Disputes
If you have a billing concern, contact us at help@ranksages.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We resolve most issues within 24 hours.
