2. Pricing and Payment

Published pricing on our website represents standard rates. Custom quotes may vary. Payment is due monthly in advance. We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. No Lock-In Contracts

All RankSages services are month-to-month unless a specific term is agreed in writing. You may cancel with 30 days written notice. No early termination fees apply to month-to-month agreements.

4. Results Disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors including competition, website quality, and market conditions. While we use proven strategies and share real case study data, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

Content, strategies, and deliverables created for clients belong to the client upon payment. RankSages retains the right to showcase anonymized results in case studies unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, analytics, and business information as confidential. We will not share your data with competitors or third parties without your consent.

7. Website Use

You may use ranksages.com for informational purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission. Free tools and resources are for personal/business use, not redistribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankSages liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
